The Miami Dolphins were 7-9 last season. They need help on defense- at end, cornerback and safety, on offense they could use a running back since Reggie Bush left for Detroit. It seems like since Larry Csonka the Dolphins have needed a running back and that was in the mid-1970’s. They also could use an offensive tackle. Ryan Tannehill’s rookie season went kind of under the radar since you had three rookie quarterback’s leading teams to the playoffs- Andrew Luck, RGIII and Wilson in Seattle but Tannehill had a solid rookie season and he also had less talent around him to work with. Last year’s selection of Tannehill is looking good at this point. Now they have to build around him.
With the 12th pick in Round 1- the Miami Dolphins select D.J. Fluker- OT- Alabama. 6-4 1/2 339. 5.31 40. Fluker is massive, quick and physical. He will help the Dolphins protect their investment in round 1 last year Ryan Tannehill.
