i think it says something about Hans and I about the teams we support. He being a longsuffering Pirates fan and me being an Astros fan. I am not sure what that says about us, but I think his Piroots will fare much better than the ‘stros this season. I still am not happy that the stros were sent into the exile of the AL West. I guess that 51 years of playing in the NL is not enough time to make traditional rivalries, at least that is what I gathered from Bud Selig’s statements this past week. Anyway I hope that the ‘stros pick a rebuilding plan and stick to it. I can take being in the cellar for a few years as long as there is a plan to rebuild the farm system and develop talent.
