I have written about this a couple of times in the past year so I am not going to write a big story on this just acknowledging the fact that today is the 33rd anniversary. The greatest sporting event I have seen in my life. Nothing else is close. I do not expect to ever see anything to ever match this. Mike Eruzione scores with 10 minutes to go in the game putting the USA ahead 4-3. Then the longest ten minutes of my life follow-the y hold on and beat the greatest team in hockey. Two days later they win the gold medal. I would pay serious American Dollars- for DVD’s that had the entire  1980 Team USA games in that Olympics on them. Herb Brooks- the greatest coaching job in the history of American sports. 33 years later..it seems like yesterday. Thank you boys!
