Sad story out yesterday concerning the great Dean Smith the former basketball coach at North Carolina. If I had to hire a head coach and could hire anyone who has coached {not counting John Wooden} I’d want a Dean Smith to run my program. Great coach, ran a class program, his players graduated, he did everything the right way. I have never been a North Carolina fan but I always admired “The Dean of College Coaches” he was one of the best ever.
