On this day in 1990 Washington, D.C. Mayor Marion Barry was arrested for drug possession in an FBI sting. Barry would end up serving six months in federal prison. He would run for mayor again in 1995 and he would be elected to another term. Amazing. Marion Barry today is 76 and on the DC Council.
