Eddie Kendricks who was a singer and songwriter for the Motown group -The Temptations was born this day 1939. Kendricks was the lead singer for The Temptations on hits like “Just My Imagination”,”The Way You Do The Things You Do” and “Get Ready” He was one of The Temptations lead singers from 1960 until 1971. Eddie Kendricks died in 1992 of lung cancer. Eddie Kendricks was 52 years old.
