Rapper Flo Rida turns 33 today. Flo Rida was born Tramar Dillard. He has released 4 albums and has had a dozen hits on the American Billboard Singles chart. 3 of his songs have hit #1 “Low” “Right Round” and most recently “Whistle” I am not a fan of rap in general but I do like his first hit “Low” from 2007.
