Last week some some interesting games and a 4-3-1 record here. 37-41-2 now for the season. Only three weeks left in the regular season for us to break .500, and lets be honest after the awful start to the season, I do not think anyone could see us being on 4 games below at this time. crazy times, but this is the NFL.
Home team in all caps
green bay -4 at CHI – The Bears are reeling at this point. Having been beaten soundly by the Vikes last week, I think that it continues this week and the Packers lay the smack down.
tampa at NOS -4 – The Saints are bad on defense. The Bucs have not been that much better. Brees is better than Freeman.
ind at HOU -8 – The Texans looked awful on Monday night. So much to the point that a close friend of mine was teaching her daughter a new word on Monday night – losers – as the Texans imploded. The thing about this is that you have to have short memory on this.
seattle at BUF over 42 – The Seahags did this by themselves last week; while I do not think that they will score that much again – maybe the Bills will contribute.
car +3 at SD – Carolina does not have a great record, but they do not get blown out. SD is riding high after dismantling the Stillers last week. Who knows.
san fran +5 at NEP – Big win for NE on Monday, could be ripe for a let down this week.
pit -1.5 at DAL – this is not a bet for the Stillers, more like a bet against the Cowboys. Cincy should have put Dallas away last week. Pitt will this week.
den -3 at BAL – i think this should be a stay away from game honestly. I think Von Miller will be in Joe Flacco’s face all day long, and Peyton will pick apart a depleted Ravens defense.
As always picks are simply (un)educated guesses. Lets all have a great weekend and come back and see how we did.
