Saturday was the Remembrance Day parade in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Remembrance Day commemorates Abraham Lincoln’s trip to Gettysburg to give his famous Gettysburg Address. Remembrance Day is today but they had the parade on Saturday. The parade lasted about an hour. I am not one who cares to see any parades but this parade was different. It was awesome. I didn’t want it to end.

So glad these people are doing the re-enactments so that we will not forget the patriots of the era. Thank you for the post.
I have no idea how many re-enacters were there but the parade took an hour!! I’d guess thousands.. it was great to see.
