On this day in 1908 the baseball anthem “Take Me Out To The Ballgame” is introduced by Bill Murray. The Tin Pan Alley song was written by Jack Norworth who wrote the lyrics and Albert Von Tilzer who wrote the music. Neither of the men had ever seen a major league baseball game.
