Amazing story about this singer Rodriguez, he released two albums in the early 1970’s that got great reviews and sold little in the US. He was big in South Africa though, he probably  sold more albums there than The Beatles and Slim Whitman combined. He didn’t know he was a hit in South Africa though. He disappears. He is now the subject of a new documetary “Searching For Sugar Man” Can’t wait to see it. His music was great.
