Actor/Comedian Bill Murray 62 years old today. If you would have told me back in the late 1970s that the most successful of the Saturday Night Live crew from greatest years of SNL would be Bill Murray I would have thought you were crazy. Not that I wouldn’t have thought he would have had success after SNL but I would have guessed Belushi, Ackroyd or Chevy Chase. Well John Belushi was great but his demons got him.

Bill Murray has had a long and successful career. My favourite Bill Murray movies are “Groundhog Day,” “Rushmore” and “Lost In Translation” but he has made a lot of successful and good movies. I think Bill Murray comes across as a fun guy. One thing I have read about him over the years that I like is, he is considered one of the most generous tippers of any celebrity, I always hear his name and Johnny Depp’s.
