I Love This One, As I’d Never Heard His Version Before.

They should have released this as a single…we’ve heard this song played a million times but nothing tops this in my opinion…
I Agree, I’d Love To Have It On Ye Ole MP3Player! Then I Could Go Back-2-Back With It And “What’s Goin’ On?” hahaha
You are just about the coolest person EVER right now in my book 😉 Marvin Gaye not only sang the American National Anthem with perfect vocals that day, he also reinterpreted and restructured rhythm and tempo of the Song itself. People with powerful voices, well known voices, have delivered outstanding renditions. But nobody was as creative and soulful with the delivery of this piece ❤

Well..thanks.. I agree with you on Marvin changing the song… he had a way of doing that. His cover of Gladys Knight and the Pips I Heard It Through The Grapevine.. is a totally different take on the song..and 1 million times better. I still remember the day he was shot by his father. Sad day. What a great singer.
You have a good musical background I see, and excellent taste! Thumbs up 😀
