NFL Week One Predictions By Hans Postcard

The National Football League kicks off tonight with the always overrated and underachieving Dallas Cowboys at the World Champion New York Giants. Should be an interesting and fun season.  My week one game predictions.

Dallas at NY Giants- NY Giants may be better this year than last year. Dallas is the Notre Dame of the NFL. Never as  good as advertized.

Indianapolis at Chicago – Chicago. Got to go against the rookie QB and rookie coach in their first games. Bears should pretty good this year. Jay Cutler at the trigger always concerns me though.

Philadephia at Cleveland. I don’t know what to expect from the Eagles this season but they will beat the Browns.

Buffalo and NY Jets. The beginning of the end for Rex Ryan and the loudmouth Jets. High expectations in Buffalo this year.

Washington at New Orleans. Saints are hard to predict right now but they will beat the Redskins at home. Bob Griffin gets a rude awakening to the NFL.

New England at Tennessee. Should be a good one. I like Belichick’s boys to win it all this year so I will go with them to start the season off right.

Jacksonville at Minnesota. Someone has to win this one. I will go with the Vikings at home. Crummy game of the week. For Viking fans and the 4 or 5 Jag fans only.

Miami at Houston. Rookie coach and rookie quarterback against one of the best teams in the NFL playing at home. My lock of the week. A long day  for Ryan  Tannehill as he returns to the state of Texas.

St.Louis at Detroit. Detroit should handle Jeff Fisher’s Rams with ease.

Atlanta at Kansas City. Should be a good one. I will go with the Falcons in a real white knuckler.

San Francisco at Green Bay. Green Bay at home. San Francisco won’t be sneaking up on anyone this season.

Carolina at Tampa Bay  Should be close. I will go against the rookie coach in his first outing.

Seattle at Arizona. I will go against the rookie qb starting his first game. Larry Fitz will be the difference.

Pittsburgh at Denver. Peyton Manning wins his debut with the Broncos. Home field the difference. Also the Steelers are already banged up.

Cincinnati at Baltimore. The Bengals are overrated. They never have two good seasons in a row. Ray Rice has a big day.

San Diego at Oakland. A pretty even game in the pretty even AFL West.  Will go with the more talented Chargers.
