First off, I have not watched a single second of either the Republican Convention or the Democrat Convention this week. The conventions are not what they were once like. Also, I like many are just tired of all the BS. On Election Day in November I will hold my nose and turn my head and cast my vote for Willard Mitt Romney. It will not be an enthusiastic vote. I do not believe he is the answer. I do not believe he has any answers. I am just voting for what I think is the lesser of two evils. Seems like most elections of late have been a vote like that.Its a shame both of them can’t lose. The last person I voted for that I was enthusiastic about was Ronaldus Magnus in 1984. That was a long time ago.

I usually watch the NBC Evening News every evening. It is not because I really want to. Mrs. Postcard likes to watch that news so I go along with it, listening while I do other things [like working on this blog, reading, etc} One thing I’ve noticed in the past two weeks. Last week in Tampa a lot of what the NBC Evening News was reporting seemed pretty negative. This week it seems like a love fest for POTUS Obama and Company. Everyone reporting seems so eager to ‘do their part” I am not saying everything they are saying is positive but it seems to me the majority of it is. And they seem a lot more perkier.

Again, I think whoever wins, we will all in America end up losing. If this is the best we can come up with we are in serious trouble. Not only in the POTUS choice but in the majority of cases right on down the line. I think a day will come when the country will turn against the government. I believe there  will eventually be an “Arab Spring” in the USA. Maybe that will be the only option to saving the country.
