Scott McKenzie who had the hit with “San Francisco”[Be Sure To Wear Flowers In Your Hair} which reached #4 in the Billboard charts in 1967 has died at age 73. He also co-wrote the “Kokomo” which the Beach Boys had their last big hit with about 20 years ago. {John Phillips wrote “San Francisco”}
