Former Heavyweight Boxing Champ Michael “Dynamite” Dokes Dead At 54

Former WBA Heavyweight boxing champion Michael Dokes has died at age 54 of liver cancer. He beat Michael Weaver in 1982 to win the WBA crown. His overall record was 53-6-2. He led a difficult life, he spent a lot of time in prison.

It is a wonder he lived after his 1990 fight vs Razor Ruddock.

here is a link to the fight with Ruddock.
