Sid Crosby turns 25 today. It seems like he has been around forever and should be older than 25. He was the first overall pick of the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2005. He led them to a Stanley Cup in 2009. The past two seasons have been ruined by a concussion and neck injuries. The Penguins recently signed him to a long term deal for a lot of money so they have to hope he can stay healthy now. In his career so far in 434 games he has 223 goals, 386 assists for a total of 609 points. 12 year -104 million dollar contract Sid just signed. The Penguins have been disappointing in the playoffs the past few years. Pens fans are restless. Sid and Geno need to stay healthy and have big seasons. My advice to Sid.  You are a big boy now- tell your dad to spend the season in Nova Scotia.

Sid Crosby will always be remembered in Canada as a hero -his goal in the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics won the Gold Medal for Team Canada.
