So by the numbers likely 80+ million accounts are fake – from ‘developing markets’. Yeah sounds like my buddy’s girlfriend who is ‘from canada’ so I cannot meet her. I am happy to say that I do not have a facebook account, and likely never will. I have no angst or animosity toward the facebook founders. In fact I would congratulate them on being able to sell, what is in my opinion, the 21st century version of snake oil.
What I would like to know is why is the stock market with antics and things of this nature legal,, yet I cannot legally place a bet on a sporting event in most of the US.

I really like this blog. As for Facebook, I deactivated my page as of the IPO. That was when I realized “social media” is actually “commercial media”.
