I had never heard this story until yesterday. I picked up the new book by World War II historian Antony Beevor. The first paragraph in the introduction is about this Korean, Yang Kyoungjong. Amazing story. The book is called “The Second World War” by Antony Beevor. Looks like a pretty good book. I’ve just started it.
