So many great songs on this list, especially Nights in White Satin, Alone Again (Naturally), Long Cool Woman (In a Black Dress), Where is the Love, Back Stabbers, Everybody Plays the Fool and Go All the Way. I also dislike Wayne Newton’s song, but think you’re being a bit harsh on Mac Davis. It’s a bland song, but I’d give it a ‘C’.

    Rick Springfield… I didn’t know he charted something that early.

    • I havent either… I guess I thought he just showed up in the eighties… he has some strong female fans…I worked as a graphic artist in the 90s and I worked up something for a fan club. Those ladies lived and breathed Rick Springfield.
